Responsibilities & Duties

  • Respond promptly to client enquiries via email, WhatsApp, phone, and social media.
  • Understand clients' travel preferences and recommend suitable safari packages.
  • Prepare customized safari itineraries and quotations.
  • Follow up on enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
  • Build strong relationships with clients throughout their travel planning journey.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and customer communications.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth trip planning and execution.
  • Meet monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in sales, tourism, or the travel industry.
  • Good knowledge of Tanzania safari destinations and travel packages.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • The ability to respond to client enquiries professionally and close sales.
  • Good computer skills, including Email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and social media platforms.
  • A confident, honest, and target-driven personality.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
