Mandara Huts are the first overnight stop on the Marangu Route of Mount Kilimanjaro, situated at an altitude of 2,700 meters (8,858 feet). The nearby Maundi Crater offers a short hike with beautiful views, making this an ideal spot for acclimatization and exploring the lower slopes of the mountain.
